Our Annual Sierra Madre Kiwanis Division Project

Each year the Sierra Madre Kiwanis Division Project is a focus point for the club. Members show up and give the labor, logistics and enthusiasm that propels the club to complete the Division Project.

Please don’t forget that this year, for our annual Sierra Madre Kiwanis Division Project, we will, along with the other clubs in Division 35, prepare 200 boxes for our Troops.

While we have two weeks to decide on our donation, we need a count of the number of members that will be going to help stuff the boxes.

If you are available for a couple hours on Thursday, March 12, 2015, please let me know asap.  We can car pool.

Dinner will be prepared for volunteers, so if you want to help out, please let me know.

The timeline for the evening is:

Set-Up: 5:00 PM

Dinner: 5:30 PM

Project Start Time: 6:00 PM

Project End Time: 7:30 PM (or till completion)
