Becoming a member of the Sierra Madre Kiwanis required a bit of dedication, responsibility, honesty, forgiveness, comradely and a sense of community involvement to improving the lives of children in our community.

Board of Directors

Board of Directors are voted into office once a year. A board member can serve multiply terms.

Presidents

The Sierra Madre Kiwanis has been in existence for over 90 years. During that period some past president have served multiple terms.

Club History

The Sierra Madre Kiwanis was established since 1937. A short 10 years after the original Kiwanis Club was founded.

In memoriam highlights Sierra Madre Kiwanis and gives you the perspective of the diversity of our membership and their contributions to the Sierra Madre Kiwanis and our community.

Awards

The awards are granted to the Sierra Madre Kiwanis members whom have given of themselves to promote the values and standards and time devoted to the community and to the club.

Club Events

Club Events are those events sponsored by the Sierra Madre Kiwanis as fundraising productions. The revenue goes to support our work with community children.

Member Events

These events are membership related. They can be judges at the annual Halloween Costume Contest to escaping Castro's impregnable island to hosting luncheons for 1st Responders, Sierra Madre Rose Princesses, Veterans Day events...

Builders Club

Builders Club is a student-led service club for students in middle/junior high school. Builders Club was originally developed by, and is modeled after, Kiwanis International, a global network of men and women devoted to serving the children of the world. The stated purpose of Builders Club is to develop leadership through service to the school and community.

Key Club

Key Club members around the world are learning how to lead and stand for what’s right through service and volunteerism. In partnership with their local Kiwanis club, high school students are making a positive impact as they serve others in their schools and communities.
